Do all signs include lighting?
Yes. Our current villa sign collection includes built-in warm white LED lighting (3000K), with acrylic backing behind the laser-cut metal to let the light shine through.
Is acrylic the main material?
The sign body is 1.5 mm laser-cut carbon steel with electrostatic powder coating. Acrylic is used as backing behind the metal.
Can the sign be used outdoors?
Yes. Our signs are suitable for indoor and outdoor installation. The powder-coated finish is designed for outdoor use. The electrical connection should be installed and protected appropriately for its location by a qualified electrician.
How is the lighting powered?
The built-in lighting uses a direct 220V AC connection and does not require an external transformer. Have a qualified electrician handle the connection.
How do I install the sign?
Mounting hardware is included. Choose your available installation option when ordering. The mounting method should suit your wall surface, and the electrical connection should be handled by a qualified electrician. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help confirming the installation option.
Can I personalize the name and number?
Yes. Enter your villa name, number or custom text in the product personalization fields. Names and numbers shown in product images are examples; your sign is made with the details you approve.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We send a design preview within 24 hours of your order. Review the spelling, layout, shape and orientation with us on WhatsApp. Production starts only after your approval.
How do I choose the right size?
Use our size guide and measure your available wall area. You can send us your wall dimensions and preferred text on WhatsApp for help choosing.
How long does my order take?
Production usually takes 5–7 business days after design approval. Delivery usually takes another 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free across Egypt, and tracking information is provided when your order ships.
What does the warranty cover?
The complete sign has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including the metal body, coating and LED lighting. Damage from improper installation, physical damage after delivery, misuse or modifications is excluded. See our warranty page for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a mistake?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the issue. If your sign arrives damaged or differs from the approved design due to a manufacturing error, we provide a free replacement or an appropriate solution. See our refund & return policy.
