Before production
You may cancel your order before production begins. Production starts only after you approve the design. Contact us with your order number to request cancellation.
After production
Custom signs manufactured according to the approved design cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged on arrival or does not match the approved design.
Damage or manufacturing error
If your sign arrives damaged or differs from the approved design due to a manufacturing error, contact us with your order number and photos. We will replace the product free of charge or arrange an appropriate solution depending on the issue.
3-year warranty
The complete sign, including the metal body, coating and LED lighting, is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years. Improper installation, physical damage after delivery, misuse and customer modifications are excluded.
