Personalized orders

RawMagnet signs are personalized and made to order. Please provide accurate text, customization details, delivery information and contact details when placing your order.

Design approval

We send a design preview within 24 hours of placing your order. Production begins only after you approve the design. Please check the spelling, names and selected design details before giving your approval.

Production & delivery

Manufacturing usually takes 5–7 business days after design approval. Shipping is free across Egypt, and delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after production is completed. Production and delivery times are separate, and delivery times may vary by location.

Prices & payment

The selected product options, price and available payment method are displayed at checkout. Please review your order details before placing your order.

Cancellations, returns & warranty

You may request cancellation before production begins. Personalized signs made according to the approved design cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. For products that arrive damaged, are defective or differ from the approved design, please contact us with your order number and photos.

The complete sign is covered against manufacturing defects by our 3-year warranty. Please read our Returns & Cancellation Policy and Warranty details for the full conditions and available solutions. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
